Thanks Jackie and V I think I will plan on doing the parasailing at CC then. I'll have to try to get some more info on the zip line. Anyone have any experience with this?

I LOVE Wham....just DL'd them on my ibiza. I can't believe how easy it is to do that. Just one click and it's done. No PC connection....just a hot spot needed. It's so cool.

I used to have a cassette of Wham that I played in my walkman way back in the 80s....my how technology has changed.

Holly, Good Luck and have fun tonight with your jewelry show....I hope you sell a lot. I think it's great that you have taken steps to save money for this cruise and other expenses. Determination is half the battle. Stick to your convictions and you will succeed.

I'm sticking to mine by not smoking and hence saving tons of money.....good to use for this cruise. Also, I just realized that I'll get home in June from this cruise and then I'll have only 3 months until my next cruise and that means that my payment is going to be due as soon as I get home from this cruise in June. I better pay it off before I leave for this one. I have lots of savings to do.

Leslye - hope you're staying inside and dry! I haven't received anything at all from DU or DCL, however the shore excursions are on the web site. A lot of us have read through them and have some preliminary thoughts of what we want to do.

Hi Leslye, they have the excusrions up on the DCL website. I don't think we'll be getting anything from anytime soon.

Bruschetta Chicken Skillet
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
2 large red peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) pasta-style or Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 large tomato, chopped 2 Tbsp.
chopped fresh basil
HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, peppers and garlic; cover. Cook 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF), turning after 5 min. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD canned tomatoes and water to skillet. Stir in rice; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 min. Meanwhile, combine cheese, chopped tomatoes and basil.

RETURN chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese mixture. Cover. Cook 5 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.
