Anyone heard of way.com?

I want to be sure I'm clear on how this way.com ticket media works. What they email to you has to be swapped for the actual ticket media when you get there, correct? Where exactly do you do this? Guest services outside the gates? We are looking to purchase 5-day PHs, 1-day 1-parks, & an AP to cover 6 days of parks. :thumbsup2

I bought 2 APs through way.com and printed out the tickets they sent me. We ended up going to the ticket counter because I had one 5 day PH to upgrade for an AP but I am pretty sure you can just take the tickets to the gate.

This is the e-mail they sent me with the tickets as an attachment:

Hi Susan,

Oh, and I ordered the tickets over the phone and had the e-mails sent to me with the tickets attached in under an hour.

I've been wondering the same thing. I've read this thread many times and we are one week out from the trip- it seems legitimate from the posts but something seems to good to be true- we would save 160.00.

I asked around and I've been told by more than one CM who works in ticketing that way.com is bogus. I would say buyer beware for sure. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Something smells fishy.

I wonder why the tickets work if they are bogus?

My friend recommended way.com to us and they already used this site twice over the last year(Jan 2013 and Nov Thanksgiving time) and they were really happy about it.

I just bought mine too. I should have more to report tomorrow.
I'm traveling Jan 10th through 12, the tickets are actually for a friend who is joining me for part of the trip and we're celebrating our birthdays together.

Just sitting at DL for lunch. It Worked as advertised and had no problems at all.

Looks like there may be some of the competitors of way.com is trying to create bad review for them. I asked the person at the check-in gate and they said the tickets are under my name and I could covert into an annual pass by paying the difference. We saved almost $60 on our tickets. Highly recommended. Thanks OP for sharing this.

I bought 4 Two day park hoppers from Way.com for our New Year trip. I used them at the Grand Californian turnstiles. My e-ticket print out worked like a charm!! I planning to buy annual passes in February:) so that we could take our kids to Disney once in 3 months :thumbsup2

We have our vouchers printed and ready. Do they hand you the tickets (cards) at the turnstiles? Does it take a long time to the point we should get the ticket media from concierge ahead of time? Is that even an option?

They hand you a hard ticket. Now its a not crowded at all. So no point in wasting time and getting the tickets from concierge. You can go directly to the gate and save some time.

If it helps, you can call Disney and give them the confirmation number and they will confirm your tickets are valid. Which is what I did today :)

I totally agree with that. By doing this way our families and friends will get a better prices from some legit sites like way.com rather than some fake posts from way.com competitors who sells things at a higher price.

Thanks for sharing your feedback while you were at lunch:):laundy:

I bought 2 day park hoppers for my parents and they worked perfectly last week. I ordered them Monday afternoon and received them in an email Tuesday morning. Saved $30 at least!

Does anyone know how way works on the weekend?! If you buy them on a Saturday do you have to wait to get the tickets until Monday morning when they are open?

Way.com is great I bought my APs for cheap!

I have searched on the myway.com website and cannot find a listing for an AP. My kids and I have S. CA resident AP, is that the kind you purchased? If so, how did you find the information to do so?

I recently saw them selling deluxe APs for $475 but they do not have any APs for sale currently.

We bought from way.com this past October and they were fantastic! Their customer service was amazing. I ended up getting the tickets last minute on a Tuesday night, wanting to visit the parks the next morning. I fat fingered my name initially :confused3 , so it ended up not matching my credit card.

They called me at like 5:00pm PT to verify my information and get things straightened out. They stayed after-hours for me, got everything fixed and delivered my tickets via email around 9:00pm so we could go to the park the next morning. I will use them every time I go, they were great to work with and the prices can't be beat!!

I had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM with way.com tickets.

As soon as I got my confirmation email, I called Disney directly to make sure the tickets were good. The CM I talked to had never heard of way.com, but he also didn't think that was weird that he didn't know every vendor out there.

They worked just fine at the turnstyle, where they gave us our 5 day PH the first morning. On my last day I upgraded mine to an AP.

It's legit.

(And really, if it was NOT legit after all these good reviews, I'm sure you could contest the charge with your credit card)

Once Disney gave the confirmation numbers its blessing over the phone, I was not worried at all.

We used way.com for our trip last week. Worked perfectly. Saved $100 total on 4 5-day park hoppers. If you live in Canada, just call- they were very courteous and helpful but it cannot be done on-line. The e-mail with the attached tickets came the next day. We brought them to the turnstiles with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had trouble with my confirmation letter. When I called customer service, he walked me through and I was able to find it in my SPAM folder. It had been sent immediately after I ordered. I purchased the DELUXE AP. Great customer service.
