That Foo's Boo Is Incredible!!! - Jan 14 TR *THE END 7/19 Pg. 51*

Ugh - I've got to get ready for work but I had to try to power read.

Love that hat on your mom. She really does look so cute until we get to the part where you dad is being a smart @$$. that is totally something Denny would do. :rotfl:

Seriously breakfast action. I have had that bounty platter and it is GOOD.

Gotta come back later and finish!

Your mom is super cute all bundled up.
Breakfast looks good! Great way to wait for a FP+ I love living with the Land, I guess I understand why some wouldn't though. But there are no lame boat rides in disney!
Wow, glad you were able to fight your way through the crowds at Imagination to use your highly coveted FP+ for it. ;)
4.5 hours is craziness for that meet and greet.

Final Day? SHENANIGANS!!!

MMMM, I do love Seasons for Breakfast. It's the one place I'll wait for until I get to a park.

Lame Boat Ride????? Honestly, I probably shouldn't enjoy it as much as I do... but I do.

4.5 HOURS???? I love Disney and I love characters, but I will just never understand why anyone would give up a third (or so) of their day standing in a line. That's basically over $30 to meet two characters.

All I got to say about the person who made that comment about Living with the Land: A ride at Disney is only lame if you make it out to be. ;)

One of these days we'll have to try breakfast at Sunshine Seasons which is a tall order since everything else inside the Land Pavilion is just a blur when we're power walking our way to Soarin' :lmao: Very impressed with your skills holding Yeti in one hand and your phone in the other without dropping either to get that picture of him on Soarin':thumbsup2

Haha! I have done the creep from the Anna/Elsa exit. Mine was totally on accident and I didn't have the courage to get a picture. I felt like I was being watched by the Disney Police. LOL. Glad you got a picture and got to meet them in May!

Figment is just one of those rides that you can sit back and decompress on (much like Living with the Land). I did the DCP back in 2007, and a friend and I would spend a lot of our days off in Epcot. We'd eat, and depending on where we were at the time, he'd turn to me and say, "I feel fat. Let's go on Figment!" or "I'm so full. Let's go on the Mexico ride!"

Those sorts of rides are just the best for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere! (Shame on lame boat ride guy haha!)

Whew! Just blew off most of my day at work to read through your TR! I have to say that I totally agree with your Mom that LeFou's Brew is VERY hard to say. I can never get my tongue around that and usually end up getting some looks from the CMs at the counter. :rotfl2:

hummm death by chocolate.. I could live with that.. well no I'd be dead, but you know what I mean ;)

Bahahahaha. Yes, I do know what you mean.

Sounds like a great start to your day so far! I just cannot imagine waiting 4.5 hours for Anna and Elsa! :faint: Or really anything Disney, as you said. That is just completely crazy. :crazy2: But, you know, all those people tied up in line - that's why there's no wait for Imagination. :lmao: ;)

I cannot imagine waiting 4.5 hours for anything! Just insane. But yes, that makes complete sense with everyone NOT being in line for Imagination.

I think you should let your mom keep that coat, she is cute!

Pop is cracking me up with the bounty platter

Can you believe I've still never been on Figment?

And, that this past trip was my first time at the land?

Fun update :goodvibes

I know, she is isn't she?!

He loves his bounty platter. Man, I'm telling you.

You've never been on Figment and your last trip was your first time at the Land? Oh Cynthia. :sad2::rotfl2:

The Anna inspired makeup works so well! It looks kind of like stained glass. That hat is really cute. Sounds like a really good start to the day!

Thanks! I liked doing that particular look. I always feel like I want more time to work on the makeup, but then I get lazy. :lmao:

Power read! Woo hoo!

He's an expert at doing that. Hahaha. And she always looks so super sweet up until he acts stupid.

It is good, right!? Love those platters.

She just looked so cute that day, I had to keep taking pictures of her.

I get why some wouldn't, but I agree. There are no lame boat rides in Disney!

I know, that FP+ was a must have that day!

I know! Final day!

I love it there too. We like to eat breakfast there pretty much every trip.

I immensely enjoy that ride too! And I shouldn't like it that much either, but it's Disney! I mean come on!

It's insane! Like, man. Totally not worth it at all.

All I got to say about the person who made that comment about Living with the Land: A ride at Disney is only lame if you make it out to be. ;)

Yes! Exactly, it's only lame if you want it to be lame.

I worked really hard on that photo, and was totally thinking about it the entire time. I was totally afraid of dropping one or both of them! :lmao:

Haha! I have done the creep from the Anna/Elsa exit. Mine was totally on accident and I didn't have the courage to get a picture. I felt like I was being watched by the Disney Police. LOL. Glad you got a picture and got to meet them in May!

Hahahaha, I just totally did it. I was totally obvious, but everyone else was doing it too.

Exactly! Man, it is a great ride to do when you're full! I do that on SSE too. Like, I need to relax, let's go on SSE!

I did feel all nice and toasty warm with Danielle's(mine now) coat :rotfl2:

Um....it's still my coat. Hate to break it to you.

Hopefully you felt that spending your time reading my TR was worth it! :goodvibes

How long was the wait today? 4 1/2 hours.

Ummmmmmmm. No. So I did what any responsible adult would do.

I did the creep from the exit.

There was no way at all that I was going to wait 4 1/2 hours. Just not happening. Thankfully, I did meet them with FP+ in May, so we're all good. There's honestly no experience in Disney or anywhere that I would wait 4 1/2 hours for. Seriously.

My daughter doesn't like to wait in lines, she was VERY happy with her creeper view! I'm glad that I was able to get a FP to meet them when we go in August.

Gotta agree a FP+ for Figment is a must:rotfl2::rotfl2: I love the Boat ride it is so relaxing !! First time w went didn,t do it as Judy said it sounded boring !! The when I went solo I did and convince them to do it the next time !!Guess what they all Loved it , especially Kyle !!!:goodvibes

Your mom really did look adorable! And warm! :goodvibes

FP+ options at Epcot are sorely lacking, IMO. Glad you got that one for Figment though! And I love your makeup today. Even though you weren't willing to wait 4.5 hours to meet the inspiration. ;)

So sorry your mom was ill during your trip. My hubby got an awful tummy bug day 1 of my son's graduation trip last May & spent 2 days locked in the room in close proximity of the bathroom.
I totally get taking the random pics of strangely dressed people. I took my brother for his first trip ever last September & we proposed starting a blog called " The People of Disney" as a spin on The People of Walmart.
No kidding- while waiting for rope drop at MK, there was a lady dressed in black MESH pants that looked like an article of lingerie with navy blue panties underneath! Seriously????? I was so thankful my kids weren't on this trip because I'd have had to shield their eyes! At Epcot, there was also quite an entertaining older man in white, 70's style, tight, daisy-duke gym shorts & a red, mesh tank top. Whew- my corneas were permanently damaged from that trip.

I figured at that point it was going to be all I would get. I developed a plan in my mind of how I would have approached it later, but then they announced FP+, so I figured I would just do my best to snag one. :lmao:

Oh it's absolutely a must! :lmao:

My best friend thought it sounded boring at first too, but then we went on and she was amazed by all of the things that Disney does. :thumbsup2

I was grateful that she was just warm. :lmao:

I agree, but to me there aren't many rides in Epcot, and they basically FP+ everything there. So what can you do? LOL.

Yup, I definitely was not willing to wait 4.5 hours to see my inspiration.

Ugh, that stinks! I've totally been there before myself, and it's just no fun at all.

I absolutely love taking random pictures of outfits, just because I can't fathom what people are thinking. Hahaha. I think the People of Disney would be a great idea. I've definitely seen some winners.

Wow I am actually caught up on both your TR'S!! YAY me  (just kidding) Epcot for your last day is perfect.

Glad your mom is feeling better being sick at Disney stinks!

My philosophy is that the more people that dislike the "lame boat rides" the shorter the wait for me will be. I'll gladly take walks owns for Pirates and LwtL because some guests just don't appreciate Disney. :confused3

Whew, good thing you had those FPs for Figment, you could've risked standing in line for a solid 5 minutes if not. (Complete side note, but did the CM look at you like you were crazy when you went to use them? Like "silly tourist, wasting your FPs...:rotfl2:)
