I just want to apologize in advance for the bag full of unrecognizable, modern art looking shapes that will appear in your bags as the contents will probably melt into one another by the time you receive it.
Just smack it on your desk and let the chips fall where they may. I included information on most of the candy, so you'll know what they were originally intended to be.

No problem I never knew candy could weigh so much!

It would be great if all Candy Swapers could include info on where they and the candy is from.

I've attached a business card (free Vistaprint alert) to each envelope of candy so that you know who its from and where. Mine are very boring I'm afraid and wish I had made the effort to actually make them properly but was worried about allergies etc.

We are packed and ready to go. Leave tomorrow morning from Asheville headed to Atlanta to get our flight to Barcelona. Not looking forward to having to go through security twice tomorrow. Can't wait to see everyone at hard rock and then on the ship.

It's not officially "Splenda" but a generic Disney Splenda. Basically they will probably have the pink, blue and yellow packet equivalents. I usually bring Splenda hazelnut sticks. They are Splenda with hazelnut flavoring in a tube like package.

Hazelnut! They sound good! Sadly we don't get those in the UK :-( Could I be cheeky and ask for a box and I will pay you?

I've noticed that there are a few folks doing pre-cruise holidays. We are at the Disneyland Resort for the 1/2 Marathon Weekend, this weekend. We're staying at the Grand Californian. We're also taking this opportunity to test our packing efficiencies for the cruise next week. Only forgot to pack the AMC theater passes, but we won't be needing them next week.

Hey Mug318ca, I was at Disneyland Resort for the DDD weekend as well. I too was staying at Grand California this weekend and I just got home (I live local) to finish up some last minute packing. I depart tomorrow morning for BCN.

Yeah that is the flight we are on. So excited we have a long lay over tomorrow but it's ok because it means we are on our way.

WAHOO!!!!! Ladies and gents...we have confirmation from Alma of DCL about our mixology tastings. It is confirmed that we will have all three classes on Sunday, Sept. 7. Group #1 will be at 1:00 pm, group #2 will be at 3:00 pm, and group #3 will be at 5:00 pm. Group #1 & #2 will be at Keys and group #3 will be held at O'Gill's Pub. If you are unable to attend your class, get with customer services as soon as you board the ship and notify them that you will need to cancel out of that class. Alma has already confirmed the names with the Magic.

So, so excited that these events were finally approved!
Look forward to meeting you all! Have a safe flight to Barcelona and we'll meet on the boat!!!

Here is the info from Facebook -- it is an event for those with kids or grandkids -- but travelling on this trip without them:

12 noon, "high noon", "Secret" Deck 10 behind Palo, BYOB or champagne or drink of any kind. Celebrate the fact that you aren't babysitting or caring for kids for two blessed weeks! (Although of course we love them...)
