Got the error message all day today.

At this point this contest/ giveaway is a joke.
 
I am right there with you guys! Never had much of a problem any other day, but today I keep getting the error message! Refresh doesn't help and it's on my phone and computer! :confused3: :sad1:
 
Didn't get to enter at all yesterday because I couldn't get the enter button to come up and now I am getting the error message today. Frustrating :sad1:
 
I'll join the crowd of having issues for the first time today. I've gotten the error message every time I've tried, beginning early this morning. I've tried the iPad and computer. Has anyone been able to enter today?

I got in today after switching from my iphone to my ipad. For the last 4 days I've had no enter button & my personal fav 'you are not eligible to log into this site'...
 
I was able to enter DW this morning but it wouldn't let me enter at all today. C'mon DW!!!
 
This morning I could not get the Enter button. So I used the trick that another had posted on here about using the Spanish site. It came right up and worked fine.
 
Getting the "There was an error entering the sweepstakes. Please try again." I got in both on laptop and my iPhone. I hope they get this fixed soon.

I keep on trying.... every single darned day!! I think there's a bug with my email server, surely I should have gotten an email by now! :headache::rolleyes1:surfweb:
 
No problems here! Only once yest. did not see an enter button - hit refresh - then everything was fine. Wonder what has been wrong with the system. :confused3
 
<sigh> At least I was able to enter yesterday.
None of my accounts are able to enter today, on either site, or any device. Keep getting the Error messsage. :sad1:
Here's hoping for better tomorrow
 
HMMMM...has anyone tried emailing about this issue? Just wondering what their response would be. Also, I know in the rules it says they are not responsible for technical problems, which would release them from liability. :rolleyes1
 
The site seems to have a lot of glitches, but today is the first day I have been unable to enter at all. Very frustrating!

Quoting myself here....
I just sent off an email voicing our concerns. I had no idea where to send it to, and the closest I could figure was Disney's Corporate Communications. I asked them to redirect my email or provide me the proper address to send the email if it was not them. We will see if I ever hear back, or how long it takes (Feb. 1?)
