Hello from another Louisiana resident. Aren't you getting a little snow or flurries in your area today? Here in Mandeville all we have is cold rain. 88 days to go!

Hey, Grumpy's Wife! Yes ma'am. We have had nasty weather up here all week. First it was about a quarter inch of sleet and freezing rain. Got a little break from that yesterday afternoon. Then the snow came today. I haven't been to work all week! It should all thaw out tomorrow but not in time for the school buses to run. I'm a teacher. On the plus side, I've had plenty of time to think about all the fun we have coming up! We need to find a way to meet up in person on the ship! Y'all stay warm!!

I am soo ready, just got off from work and had to trudge throught some nasty weather to make it home,looking forward to fun and sun. Has anyone done a dummy cruise? Im not sure if we will cruise next year or go gack to WDW, its still up in the air for me.

Yes. You just tell the person at the future cruise desk and he/she will set you up. Easy. If you want to transfer it to a travel agent, do it within the first 30 days after booking it.

I'm thinking of doing the Palo brunch. Anybody done one?

We loved the Palo brunch we did on the Fantasy & Magic. Dinner is very nice as well, but for this one we booked only brunch on the Nassau day. We probably won't get off the ship. That is the only thing we are going to book, other than 30 minutes for my son in the sports simulator. Everything else will be play it by ear and relax. For this one, we probably won't even do the main dining room each night. In our past 3, we have never skipped main dining room except for Palo. Since we feel that early dining is too early and late is just fine, but we feel like we get to the late night activities too late.

Silver and got to book excursions. Got the dolphin swim, Remy brunch and dinner, Palo dinner. No luck snagging a family cabana .

It feels good to get stuff booked. It makes it seem like it's almost here! I know you are bummed about the cabana. If you are where you can, try looking again several times a day right up until you leave for the trip. Maybe someone will cancel and you can catch it. I've never been so lucky myself but maybe you will. Honestly, the ability to book at 125 days was one small part of why we decided to book concierge. I knew it would greatly increase our chances of getting a cabana among other things.

I am interested in the FE group for the May 25th Disney Dream Cruise. We are Disney fans, but this will be our first ever Disney Cruise. Can anyone tell me how the FE group works? Do I bring gifts for everyone above on the list? Any info is greatly appreciated to this Cruise newbie
