I am considering: ---$70-$14000-200-SSR-Dec-0/15, 0/16, 0/17, 18/18-$1020 Cash for 2018 MF

I am under contract for 100 points @ $70 Per Point. But the odds of my contract going through are very slim. Should I risk submitting another contract and maybe getting stuck with both??? any suggestions???
Take a chill pill. Your 100-pt contract may pass since it isn't loaded and the 200-pt one is just too stripped and isn't attractive to go after.

Offer accepted-$106-$18,336-160-BLT-March-118/17,160/18,160/19 will send Feb. 17 for contract, will update on ROFR date.

The original contract was $110 a point, but it was suggested I could go lower and the seller accepted! I was concerned about BLT ROFR track record lately, but we will see......:rolleyes1

Reuven Shechter---$86-$15703-160-BWV-Oct-0/15, 0/16, 150/17, 160/18-splitting closing- sent 2/16

Does anyone know how to get incidental benefits without purchasing directly from Disney? Or could I purchase a very small package of points at a very inexpensive resort just for the incidentals.

Example: Lets say I purchased 200 points SSR resale and 25 points Direct, could I transfer my 200 points over to my 25 points and use it for a resort in Paris, Adventure Tour, Cruise etc.

The 25 point add-on could be exchanged and would get you the blue card to qualify you for the perks (incidental benefits) but the 200 point contract would still not be eligible for exchange into the Disney or Concierge collections. Only directly purchased contracts or resale bought prior to 3/21/11 could be exchanged.

Our original DVC is OKW which is one of our favor places to stay. We just purchase our second contract after 20 years at BCV this month. After passing ROFR I looked to see what else was out there and stumbled on this OKW and threw out an offer that was accepted. This would be a great add-on and including my kids on this deed.

That's a crazy low price. I'd be shocked if they let it through but you never know!

If you title the deed differently than your others (with your kids on it), you'll be issued a separate membership number. You can still transfer points from one to the other to make booking easier, though. :) (I'm 98.7% sure of that, but someone please correct me if I'm wrong...)

Yeah, Fidelity lists by total price, not price per point. So I just discounted the total price I wanted to pay. I realized it will be a separate membership. My Son's are in their early 20s and I wanted them to be able to access and make their own reservations. Of course, I will be paying the annual dues.:)

I'm waiting on SSR 200/16, 200/17, 200/18 @ $76 a point. Mine was sent to Rofr 2/2 and others who sent theirs in up to 6 days later have heard back. I think it's because they are considering buying it back. :(
