I am considering: ---$70-$-14000-200-SSR-Dec- 0/16, 0/17, 18/18, 200/19 -$1020 Cash back from seller for 2018 MF

My concern is, that I don't want to finance two contracts. If the one for 100 points gets taken then I wouldn't mind continuing with the 200 point contract. Or vise-versa. I have to make a decision quick...any suggestions???

I just found out the seller has 200/18 and I still haven't heard from ROFR for the other contract. This means I wouldn't get any monies for 2018 to pay dues but I have the points instead. Also closing cost are coming out of my pocket. Need to make a decision fast. The good part would be having 300 points total after all goes good.

Papihavana---$70-$14500-200-SSR-Dec-0/15, 0/16, 0/17, 200/18- Contract not signed yet! Does anyone think this contract will pass ROFR???

I just had one pass a few weeks ago for same price per point with 260 points and all available in 2017.

Thank You! This boosts my confidence. It's hard to think a contract will pass at $70 pp when other are getting called back in the $80's price range.

With no points until Dec 2018, almost no chance it's bought back. Easy pass IMHO.

I think if you can use the points and can afford the MF's go for it. It's an attractive contract. I am waiting on ROFR for a contract at OKW with the same $PP, but with more available. I'm aware its below average cost, but some contracts are passed at that price point. Disney is liking SSR and OKW though.

Your making me feel hopeful! I'm waiting on a 210 OKW contract at that price with all the 2017 points available. I knew it had a good chance of being taken, but I had to spin the wheel! I'm planning a big vacation in April 2018 so I have the luxury to gamble for a bit.

I'm still waiting on a fully loaded contract with all 200 points in 16/17/18 for SSR. We sent on 2/2 so there is a good chance they are taking it from me. I would actually be shocked if it got through.
What properties tend to be bought back the least? Even if the contract is loaded.

$76 a point

I finally heard back today that it did not pass. I will be looking for another contract. Taken 2/22

Sorry. That's a really low price, though, considering they sell OKW direct now for $145/point. Good luck on the next try!

I was just looking over the Fidelity resales and almost all the OKW's are around$63! Interesting.

Just had an offer accept on a BLT contract, so now just need to have the paper work done and send it off for ROFR.

$112-$18,657-160-BLT-Feb-0/16, 320/17, 160/18-split closing and MF

VianSa---$78-$19165-220-AKV-Sep-68/16, 220/17, 220/18- sent 1/27, passed 2/10

We are some very excited Canadians! First DVC contract wooohooo!
Congrats!!! We are at the 2 week mark today - and I am DESPARATE to hear back on whether we passed or not. The waiting is killing me.
