Hey haven’t lost their minds if people are willing to pay it. And I guarantee that people will be willing to pay it.
Yep. There are some suites & villas that are that much a night & ppl pay it. Absurd to me, but ppl do.Hey haven’t lost their minds if people are willing to pay it. And I guarantee that people will be willing to pay it.
I agree but how long does it take til they run out of first time guests?? The pool appears to be bottomless as far as the parks are concerned. Every time we go, there are a lot of ppl wearing first trip buttons. Seems like they’d have run out of those ppl by now lol.Maybe the first few months for the novelty factor. I doubt there will be many repeat visitors.

Disneyland’s Star Wars Hotel near Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
I think the article author misspoke, it is WDW, not DL
I know a person who has been saving for years since this was announced b/c she has a son who loves Star Wars that much. Star Wars isn’t my thing, but I just assumed there would many other super fans doing the same. Plus, if their price point doesn’t work, then can just offer discounts & ppl will feel like they’re getting something special.Sure but how many first time visitors have the money to pay these rates? A very very small %. And why would first time visitors want to spend all their time in a hotel? I'm obviously not the target demographic since I don't understand the concept. But I've been reading more and more articles about how Disney may have finally priced above and beyond the means of most people, declining attendance at DL, lack of enthusiasm about SWGE, etc. Maybe Disney has evidence to the contrary, who knows.
2 night/3 day stay starting at $3,300 per person, if I understand it correctly.
So for a family of only 3 people you're looking at 10 Grand for a 2 night stay - not counting food and park tickets? Wow, just wow.
