We are DVC and AP so I called the AP holders line and asked the automated recording for event tickets. I'm now on hold with a wait time of more than two hours.

I work in a school and we are still in school so after dozens of attempts with busy signals and "your call cannot be connected", it's time to admit defeat for now and hope opening night tickets will still be available this afternoon.

I did but I can’t even log into my plans and boo bash area won’t allow you to click on anything

I'm on hold, but I keep checking the website on my desktop. I was able to see the Boo Bash page when I clicked on it from MDE all morning, but within the last few minutes it has gone to a blank webpage when you click. Maybe its just a normal website glitch, but eveything else seems to be working on the site. So maybe they are getting ready to release tickets online today????

Just confirming, did you call the 4240 number?

Yes I called that number and chose option 3 for annual passholders. I am also dvc but was told dvc couldn’t book until 9. Was waiting with the CM on the phone for a while, she finally got it working but then the discount wouldn’t work, then after holding a while longer she got it all worked out.

There was an error generating the confirmation number so my CM put me on hold to investigate, but I see the pending charge on my card so hopefully I have tickets now? Sheesh, what a morning!

Agent came back and processed my order for 10/31 so tickets are in the system now. Expect the backlog to start clearing quickly since it doesn't take long to process the sale: everyone on hold will start getting agents and then the rest of you making calls will start connecting shortly.

I didn't get through on the 4240 number so I went through the 5277 number, got the automated system right away and said tickets. I've been on hold for over an hour now but I guess I should appreciate the music.
