I like Miley and glad she won. She is very honest about she isn’t inhibited about her body so not a shock of what she wore.

He probably got into it with someone on the Controversial Topics board and now has taken his antagonism over here on someone. Many of us talked about this possibly happening on WMCorey's own thread.

And how emotionally immature of him to ridicule someone for stating a truth he didn't like. "Mom!!! Someone said they didn't like my teddy bear!" That's the actions of an eleven year old.

Same with the other person name calling. Are people still calling women a "Karen"? That's so Pandemic.

Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't make one a "Karen." That's misusing the term.

People are allowed to not like Taylor Swift. Contrary to what many Swifites feel, Taylor is not a god. She is open to criticism for the stage she is opening herself up to and welcoming. She isn’t hiding or cowering in the corner because some people don’t like her, I promise. She appears to be a tough cookie and is an adult that can take criticism.

Please show me where I said Taylor Swift is a God. Perhaps you can show me also where I said people must like Taylor Swift or that I am a Swifty. I neither like her nor hate her. The same cannot be said about the other poster. And nowhere did I ever say that she couldn't be criticized. In fact, people are free to do so. And I am just as free to critique the criticism which I found rather petty and much ado about nothing. And I'm not the only one that found it such. And I'm certainly allowed to point out when someone admonishes others for things they themselves do. And doing so doesn't mean there's anything wrong with me. If anything, given her actions, I think she's the one mad about something. I'm not. I never get mad at anyone on a message board.

1. You need to learn the difference between truth and an opinion. It was her opinion, that Taylor Swift was acting like a brat and that Celene was snubbed, not truth. And she is entitled to state it. And I am just as entitled to state that the evidence doesn't indicate that Celene felt snubbed.
2. You admonish for ridiculing opinion falsely I might add and yet can't even get past the next sentence without doing it yourself. Should I do as you say or do as you do?
3. You admonish another poster for name calling, yet you yourself engaged in it. The only difference is yours was thinly veiled, hers not.
4. Edited to add. , Honestly, I see more violations on the main board than the controversial topics board.

Agree those two are queen skanks. I love that word havent heard it in years.. but a good adjective if used correctly. and yes let's not clutch our pearls in using that word, there are many Skanks out there, both the good and bad type. thought Miley was a bit skanky too but in a good way

I will preface this by saying that I am a Swiftie. I was when I was younger and am grateful for her music and general existence in pop culture because it has been such a cool bonding experience with my kids.

I don't think she snubbed Celine, I think she was excited (and probably tipsy). I'm sure she cringed when she realized. Lana writes for a lot of people who constantly win awards, including a collaboration on Midnights, but she never wins, so I get why TS wanted to bring her to the stage and recognize her. BUT, Lana clearly said no and didn't want to go onstage and TS did not read those cues at all.

As far as her acting surprised, how else should she act? Like she knows she'll win? Nonchalant? Then people would pick her apart for that.

She just at a point where people scrutinize everything she does and that's the nature of the beast I guess.

I'm glad SZA and Miley won!
