Can an AP check hotel rates?

Might an AP holder be willing to check the rate/availability at the GCH for two nights, Sat 11/19 and Sun 11/20 (standard view preferred)? Thinking of getting an AP if there is still hotel availability. Thanks so much!

Those are just the regular fall rate, AP rates may no longer be available.
 


The AP rates aren't good for Saturday's. I was crazily refreshing for an AP rate and finally scored one for Monday, 11/14 - the woods/courtyard view was $386 for that date.
 
The AP Special came out on October 26th.
AP special is out for January through April

The 19tn is a Saturday and the AP rates are only for Sunday - Thursday, I believe? In regards to the 20th, right now, they aren't showing anything. See, they only open up X amount of rooms for the AP rate. It's not just a straight across 25% off for APers. They allocated a certain number for them and then once they're gone, they're gone. They want to keep a portion of room open that they can charge the higher price for. With that said, cancellations DO occur. That's how I scored my AP rate. There was nothing....nothing...nothing and then one time I refreshed the page, one popped up, so I'm assuming there was a cancellation.

There is no passholder rate available for the 20th. The rate is currently $639 for courtyard/wood view, $737 for DTD view, $754 for premium view and $844 for club level.
 
I didn't know AP holders get special room rates. And fastpasses too? That makes it tempting to get one. How many visits to the parks per year make getting an AP a good deal?

Disney will occasionally have AP Specials. You never really know what exactly they'll be.
This one for January - April has lower rates on room, FP and $20 Dining card. I was able to get a room at PPH for $228/nt.

As far as what justifies an AP... look at the various AP's Disney offers. See which is the best deal for the number of times you visit the parks in a year.

Thanks! So the special hotel rates are just occasionally. What is the fastpass deal? Is it just with the hotel? That's a great rate!

Usually when you are able to get an AP deal at the hotel, one FP is included that can be used for a ride, not a show. It's not unlimited FP's or anything like that. It's one per person on your reservation!
