Advice-What to do departure day / Portofino Bay

We have a WDW/Universal trip planned this August. We are staying for a week in Disney and then moving over the Portofino Bay for 3 nights from 8/23-8/26. It's our first time at Universal and my girls are very excited about WWOHP. We have 3 day park to park tickets. Question for those who have stayed at Portofino before. Just booked my flights this morning. I was hoping for a later flight out so we could have at least a 1/2 day in parks on departure day. The only non stop SW flight is for 2pm, so we probably won't have time for a park now. Instead, I think we'll hit the parks on our arrival night on 8/23, then 8/24 and 8/25.

Two questions - What can we do on departure day besides hanging at the resort until our cab arrives? What's a nice morning activity before we leave? Can you recommend a restaurant for a nice brunch? Will we have time for Citywalk?

We were planning on taking a cab to airport (or an Uber). What time would you book car --is 11:30 safe? We've only ever stayed at WDW and used Magical Express.

Why not explore the other onsite hotels your last half day

Do breakfast at Islands at rpr or at the Kitchen at hrh

Check out the gift shops, lobby's, pool area of those hotels while there

Do a round of mini golf in city walk

11:30 or noon would be decent times to head to mco
