i wont believe that.. probably the glitch system that make them say that..we all know people on phone often say things that are not true
 


So what are the prices? I too have had it in my cart, won't let me reserve and was on hold for 45 min.

We are good! Just got off phone with another CM, she had been on phone with supervisors who confirmed exactly what PP's have said, glitch, only one breakfast, as long as you have a breakfast reservation April 2 or later , it's for character dine. There is no second breakfast, YEAH!!!!!
 
Well the breakfast option is completely gone from the TaF individual page. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/boardwalk/trattoria-al-forno/ So it seems there's no way to book a table until they reinstall the Breakfast to the restaurant. (And why there is "no availability" 180 days etc.)


EDIT to ADD: So I just got off the phone with DisDining. Very sweet lady. She confirmed that
1a) All breakfast reservations from Apr 2nd onward are character breakfasts.
1b) She drew an analogy to Chef Mickey's where the characters are present throughout the restaurant, not just in a special section tucked aside for diners having a "Bon Voyage" morning.
2) Characters will not be at dinner, only breakfast.
3) Breakfast is NOT buffet, and is plated. (I wonder if it's closer to CRT plated-style breakfast.)

Now, based on this I infer that my ADR, which is for 8:10am but doesn't say "Bon Voyage," is fine as-is. Based on the feedback y'all have found, I think it's safe to say that if you're having breakfast after April 2nd you're going on a magical bon voyage.

It's only 8:45am here in Colorado. I had been running kids around to school at different times all morning so just started. Been trying online for last 15 min. Only dinner being offered in MDE on my mac. They are offering breakfast on MDE on my phone but says none available and we have 2 weeks May 30-June 13. I guess I'll keep trying as well.
 
After being on hold for 28 minutes the CM said they are having a system glitch with that particular reservation, and to try again later. I asked if it was sold out already. She said all she has been told is that there is the glitch and she can't even search for a breakfast at this time. :/
 
The one I spoke to went into the system himself and said there were a LOT of booking for the days I was looking at already but he couldn't tell me how many spaces they had, that's why he contacted GS
 
What's annoying is that I kept getting to the 'reserve' final page and then I'd get an error but I thought they held it whilst you entered your details :(

Kids will enjoy their choice of a Mickey Pancake, Mickey Waffle or a “Little Royal Breakfast,” which will feature an egg, bacon and toast. Breakfast will also include your choice of non-alcoholic beverage such as coffee, tea juice, milk and soft drinks. Mimosas, a Peach Bellini, cappuccino, press pot coffee and more will be available as an additional charge.

The character dining experience will cost $34 for adults, $20 for children. Please note: Disney Characters join guests for breakfast only. Character appearances are subject to change.
 
Ha! As long as the steak is more than the two bites shown, I like the menu. The calzone was calling out to me immediately, but I'm a sucker for hand pies. There will be four of us ordering the adult entrees, and one kid, so we'll get a chance to try several of the offerings.
 
i was not trill when BOG breakfast menu was opening..but after trying it.. i have to admit..its one the my favorite thing there
