Shuttle from Universal to Aquatica

I did a search but I am not seeing any recent information so thought I would ask. Does anyone know if it is still possible to get a free shuttle to Aquatica from any of the three Deluxe properties? We will actually be staying at Cabana Bay, and my understanding is that we would need to go to the parking garage area to catch the shuttle?
We won't have a car for this trip, so this would be a big help. Otherwise, we will likely use Uber. The kids love Aquatica, and we've told them it wasn't in the plans this trip. I plan to give them each their ticket in their Easter baskets as a surprise.
We happen to be leaving ONE day before Volcano Bay opens

Yes, there is a free shuttle that goes to both SeaWorld and Aquatica each day although i don't know if you need to be a guest at the 3 deluxe properties to avail of it.

You sign up the night prior at your onsite UO hotel for the morning shuttle to sw/aquatica

Thank you both! The one older article I found did mention that Cabana Bay guests could use it too, it just wouldn't pick up or drop them off at Cabana Bay.
I'll make sure to report our experience after ,for anyone who might be interested.

I did read on some trip reports the other onsite UO hotels allowed a family to get the shuttle from the deluxe hotels

Does anyone know the current pick up/drop off times for this? I think they change depending on the season and the park's opening hours so I'm just wondering what times are applicable for this month.

Hopefully if someone is staying there at the moment they could have a look at the notice or post a picture of it. Thanks!

When i went it was during a quieter time period
It had two morning shuttles and one return shuttle

The hotel can provide accurate time shuttle info if you contact them

Since posting this I read something official that said CBBR and Sapphire Falls guests are allowed to use it for sure, they just have to go over to RPR to catch it. I don't remember where I read it though.

I will contact CBBR and see what they say about times and post my results here for anyone else interested.

Concierge at the RPR must be very busy too as I haven't had a response from them yet either...!!!

I'm staying at Cabana Bay at the moment. The free shuttle to Seaworld and Aquatica is still provided though they don't seem to advertise it like they used to before Wet n Wild closed. You need to book it from the Ticket stand in the Cabana Bay lobby at least an hour before you wish to catch it and up to 24 hours in advance. They give you a ticket for the number of people in your party. Get the Cabana Bay bus to the Citywalk/Universal bus stands and from here get the Super Star Shuttle direct to Seaworld and Aquatica. Currently pick up times are 9am, 10am and 11am. Return times are 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm. I hope this helps.

I was wondering if they still ran the shuttle bus myself before this holiday and I couldn't find any information online, so I'm glad I could help fellow holiday makers out.
If staying at Cabana Bay you are also allowed to use the water taxis to get to the Universal Parks if you want a change from the resort bus. We have been using the one from Sapphire Falls opposite Cabana Bay. It saves going through security at the Universal parking lot.
