Hello, all! Patricia LeJeune was booked for my date (sadface), so I'm looking into alternatives. Fairytale Hair & Makeup seems to have overwhelmingly positive reviews on WeddingWire, Yelp, etc., but they have multiple locations, so I wasn't sure about the Floridian branch. Does anyone have any experience with them? Beaute Speciale seems to be widely used on the boards, so I may reach out to them as well, but I get the sense they have more mixed feedback (though some of that may be out of date). Also very open to other suggestions, if anyone has any!

(So thrilled to have something to post on this forum, after years and years of following it!)

Hi there. I had my Disney wedding three weeks ago. Can't believe it! Fairytale Hair & Makeup never responded to my request so I did some more research. I ended up going with Bella Con Stile. They do hair as well but I only needed make up done. Amanda was fantastic!!! She was quick to reply to questions and I never had to worry about her services. All the ladies looked wonderful and my now husband's jaw dropped in shock (in a good way) when we did our first look. Definitely recommend her. Her website is www.bcsmakeup.com Good Luck!!!

Another popular vendor is About Face. I suggest really looking at their portfolios and picking a specific person based on that. Some teams/artists have a signature style that may be exactly what you are/aren't looking for. Back when I got married, a heavy, pageant-contestant makeup look was really popular, so I was thrilled to finally find Patricia and her natural style.

I'm using Weddings by Crystal.. she got rave reviews on The Knot and Wedding Wire and I also had a friend who used her (non-disney wedding) so I've seen her work first hand! She does a lot of Disney weddings as well which was a plus for me and has Clinique makeup (among many other brands) which I was VERY happy to hear as that is my preferred brand

My wife used Lejeune Artistry for the wedding day and Beautespeciale for the Portrait Session the next day.

Stacie Otto Busby from Fairytale Hair & Makeup did my hair and makeup for my MK park shoot in December. I could not have been more thrilled with my hair or my makeup!!

I used fairytale hair and makeup for my wedding just a month ago. I had Jen do both hair and makeup for both the wedding and then the park shoot for the day after. They were amazing! They came on time and it was spot in from the photos I provided. I thought their pricing was reasonable too.

Thank you all for all the suggestions! I wound up booking Weddings by Crystal. Love that she emphasizes a "natural" look (and uses Clinique). So, that's one thing checked off the list, 400 more to go.
