Hi everyone!

My Fastpass 60 day window starts ... TOMORROW ! So excited for our first Disney World vacation.

I just wanted to make a thread of y'all checking my plans for a 5 day vacation.

We have NEVER been to Disney World, so it would be a good thing that you guys help me. We are travelling from July 27nd to August 2nd. I know it will be hot and humid, but meh.

Alright! This is gonna be long, I apologize. :P

NOTE : YES we will be booking MORE fastpasses during the day but this is just an idea I have for the initial ones.

ARRIVAL DAY
Nothing. Board MDE at MCO at 12:00 a.m. and go to All-Star Sports, check in and sleep.

Day 1 : Disney's Hollywood Studios

Wake up at 9-10 a.m. (don't judge me, we land at MCO at midnight).
Have breakfast at End Zone food court
Head to Hollywood Studios.

FP - Star Tours

Walk around and watch Pixar live show music thing (forgot the name oops) at 5:00 p.m.
Meet Characters at Red Carpet Dreams / Celebrity Spotlight.

FP - Fantasmic
Watch the Star Wars fireworks
Go back to hotel.

NOTE : We are NOT fans of Hollywood Studios. We don't plan doing the big rides since my parents hate it so much. We might also do more rides at standby, but I'm too lazy to write them all here :P We may also go to Disney Springs during the day.

Day 2 – Animal Kingdom
Wake up at 7-8 a.m. depending on hours for EMH.
FP - Na'vi River Journey (my parents don't like Flight of Passage and I'm not that down for the ride)
Eat breakfast at Satuli Canteen
Wander around the park
FP - Kilimandjaro Safaris
Festival of Lion King
FP - Kali River Rapids
Finding Nemo the musical
Take pics at Tree of Life (duh)
Rest at hotel.
Come back
Rivers of light
Tree of Life awakenings

Go back at hotel

Day 3 : Magic Kingdom

FP - Meet Mickey at Town Square

Day 4 : Epcot
Wake up at 9:00 a.m. (we ate waking up early but are good to stay up at night)
Head to Epcot.
Find somewhere to eat breakfast at World Showcase

FP - Frozen Ever After
Walk around World Showcase (for like 1-2 hours)
Go back towards Future World.
Soarin' (standby, heard it's faster for 3 theaters)

FP - Spaceship Earth
FP - Epcot Character Spot

Rest at the hotel, and eat obviously
Come back to watch the fireworks and ride more standby rides (like Test Track)

Oh my god. That was LONG !!! Anyways, I hope you fellow DISers can help me change / plan for my first Disney vacation and this is honestly so confusing. Thanks alot for taking your time to help me !!!

Overall, your plans look good! Considering you don't like mornings:). For your first trip, you have done a good job planning things out. One thing you need to be aware of is that you cannot FP both Toy Story Mania and Fantasmic at HS as the are both tier one (see link). My recommendation would be to FP toy story and to try and get fantasmic as a fourth FP, or go early enough to do the standby line. Enjoy you trip!

Wow, I knew something was wrong... Thanks for reminding me!!!! Thank you so much for your help! :)

For Fantasmic, you can search for a Fantasmic dining deal which gives you access to the show. Or wait in line.

On Epcot, World Showcase opens at 11:00. I believe the bakery opens at 9:00 in France when the park opens. FEA opens 9:00 AM but FPs are not available until 11:00 AM. The Land has some breakfast platters.

And there is a character meal in Garden Grill.

I did our FPs five weeks ago and it really was not that bad.

Enjoy the trip.

Fantastmic dinning package is a good idea, as well. Not sure what kind of availability you'll find 60 days out, but it's worth a shot! Hollywood and Vine (a buffet), mama melros( Italian), had the Hollywood brown derby(american signature restaurant) offer the package. I believe you have to call Disney to book it. Fantasmic is one of my favorite nighttime shows. It is well worth the time, in my opinion. Enjoy!!

In Day 3, I would change that Meet Mickey FP into one for a ride like Haunted Mansion or Pooh. Even Jungle Cruise.

Also one thing to keep in mind is that you can not get additional FPs until all your pre-booked FPs are expired or used. So it's a good idea to book them early in the day. That way, you'll have the flexibility to add more as the day goes on.

For a first timer, you planned well. Good job. :) You have impressive research skills. Hope you and your family have a wonderful trip.

I changed some of them to Pirates, Jungle Cruise, BTM :) Thank you so much!!

If I may add one little point...your parents may not like Flight of Passage, but it is THE new ride at Pandora, and highly acclaimed by most. I would highly suggest that you try the ride and judge for yourself.
