Renting at Vero Beach

Do regular Inn rooms fill up fast? I am looking to rent for next summer. Do I need to find an owner with VB points or should I be safe at the 7 month mark?

I will be renting two rooms.

For summer, you need to find an owner, and you need to find them 11 months out. People who own VB and HH to stay there own for the beach, which means that they want the warmer months. That's a year worth of people who need to use their points trying for six months out of the year, with Summer being the peak.

It was seven months ago so I don't remember the availability of other rooms, but I was able to get two studios for July 5-9 seven months out. It's our first time going there so we're 1 for 1 getting rooms at VB. Can't say if I lucked out or standard to find studios available. Inn rooms may be a completely different story however.

The garden view inn rooms usually go last. (they are parking lot views usually) Ocean view inn rooms go first, and I prefer them because you get two beds instead of one queen and one fold out sofabed as you do in studios. Spring break is very popular there. (That's why I bought my points there years ago) Not sure if summer is as popular, so you may have good luck at 7 months, especially if you will take the garden view inn rooms.
