MCO to Disney Springs restaurant with luggage??

Visiting DS will not be an issue. For some locations, it may be easier for one person to wait outside with the bags while the other person shops and some restaurants may have trouble accommodating you. But, as there are stores in DS that sell luggage, having bags will not be an issue. But, as...

    Dining Rotation

Usually. Ours was Nassau night (2nd night), and that has occurred on other 4-night Wish cruises.

I guess the captain could go by if you are headed back to PC, but it would not be on the direct course.

    Dining Rotation

Do you mean Tuesday is Nassau and Wednesday is CC? If you can already book things in the app, look for BBB on Onboard Fun. The day they offer pirate makeovers will be Pirate Night. The Wish has done Pirate Night on either Nassau night or CC night.

    Offsite Seafood Restaurant

High Tide Harry's is excellent but is in the Conway area north of the airport so not very close to WDW. Closer to Disney the Oceanaire is on I-Drive in Pointe Orlando. Excellent but pricy. By Main Gate is the Boston Lobster Feast - is AYCTE so you can have all the crab legs you want.

finding late night food and drink

Disney transport will stop running about 1.5 hours after park close, this is true for Disney Springs also. So, Lyft may be more convenient or possibly the only option.

finding late night food and drink

If you look in the app, choose your location and dining. Then look for the places that have either a wait time for their walk-up list or an option to do a mobile order. TS will close earlier than QS. QS generally ends when the park closes. As an example, MK has extended hours tonight and...

    Lisbon Port Adventure Advice

With kids that age, if you are booking through Disney, I would definitely do the TukTuk.

Upstairs at Columbia Harbour House in an ECV?

I have no information about Pinocchio's. There is an elevator at Columbia Harbor house, but it’s in a backstage area so you would need to speak to a cast member about using it.

    MK and breakfast

If you would like a quieter breakfast and a nice break, I would recommend the Grand Floridan Cafe. Easy trip on the monorail or you can walk, the food is good, and it is not as frantic as a character breakfast.

    Lisbon Port Adventure Advice

I have not been on these tours, but have visited Lisbon several times. The HOHO bus will be very impersonal. You will get to see the whole city, but mostly by listening to recorded messages. But, the various routes will take you to all the things you might want to see. I would not buy it...

Castaway water temps - Mid Nov vs Late Feb

This link will help with temps - https://www.seatemperature.org/central-america/bahamas/nassau.htm As @sponica said there are variables. I am not comfortable in water temps much below 75, but others are. It seems like folks from Canada will swim no matter what the temp is! If it is warm and...

If only Disney prices had kept pace with inflation as a whole. The Poly would be $250-350 a night.

BC proximity to EP realistic in August?

Remember also that there will be a walk to the buses and perhaps a wait. Walk to BC, use the "secret door" and you will quickly be in the air conditioning. https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2023/09/11/did-you-know-about-this-secret-door-at-disneys-beach-club-resort/
