It's all gone digital now. ABD says it was based on guest feedback and not needing the spiral book. So if this is a change you don't care for, let them know so they can have guest feedback from those who love the books! I know I do!

Returned from our Amalfi ABD repeat last week and I've got the first few days' trip videos up! Adventures are SO packed with activities, food, and fun that there's lots to see. If you've done the Amalfi trip, what was YOUR favorite memory?!

All ABD guides should be tipped. ;) The river cruise guides have tips already built into the trip price. All other guides are tipped by guests.

River cruises are unique in that all the tips are included in the price, including guide tips. You will have 6-8 guides and it's not practical to tip each one!

All of the guides I've ever talked to said CASH is king. A select few may accept PayPal or Venmo but we've never had a guide that takes that. Never write a personal check or travelers check. Just keep your tip cash with your passport... wherever you secure your passport is good enough for...

When we did Vietnam, we had a flight cancelled and rearranged mid-trip. It happens... I'm just glad ABD is there to figure all the logistics out instead of me! I'm not seeing how the departure date changes though? What am I missing?
