Pucks are the center of the magic band 2 which you can remove with a screwdriver. Disney sells for example keychains to keep them in. The ring is the circle or attachment I put my puck in to have it on my watch band.

We have these on our Apple Watch bands, one less thing on the wrist. We got some a few years back but the LE Bluetooth might not be working on our old pucks anymore. The old rings were hard and can’t really remove the puck without breaking them. Hopeful for these new flexible one for our March...
