When we were there at the beginning of June ours were limited to any FP ride in the same park, there were no other restrictions.

I have been 3 times over the last 4 years most recently in March and Stitch has been there every time. He is my daughters favorite and so we go there to see him.

When I was there in March it was worth it to have after 1pm. I was able to get fast passes for everything that late and a lot of things til almost park closing except GotG and Radiator Springs

My daughter and I did not have much luck in March trying to use the Park WiFi. I would say best to get a data plan if you can.

Regular DL and Halloween DL are both totally awesome and you won't regret both or either. I think you should go for DL twice.
