disney buffets

so I am going to Disneyland paris next March and have booked a table in the marvel hotel downtown restaurant for 10:30pm. Online it says the the restaurant closes at 11pm, so was wondering if there will be enough time for that? I assume there will be but not sure if anyone else has booked the...

Before the pandemic, two of my favorite restaurants were Chef Mickey's and Tusker House solely because of the Buffet's Smoked Salmon. With the changes, I don't know if any restaurants have it at all anymore. Have you guys seen it anywhere? TIA!

Boma - Flavors of Africa has been a favorite of The DIS for a long time. The buffet has always been a solid choice for breakfast and dinner, but we might be re-thinking that just a bit, because of some questionable meats and lackluster sides.
