157 BWV points for rent @$17 per point use by 7-31-20

I have 157 points to rent @ $17 per point. Must be used by July 31, 2020 (requested dates to rent are not available after 7-31-20). Home resort is Boardwalk .
If interested, please provide me with the following information in order to check your request:

-resort preference
-room type (studio, one bedroom etc)
-preferred view
-number in your party
-ages of children in your party

I have rented points in the past and have many references. I secure reservations with a Rental Agreement and accept PayPal friends and family.

Beachwalk villas and Beach Club are the two resorts closest to Hollywood and Epcot. I wasn't sure what type of accommodation you were looking for so I searched for deluxe studios which sleep 5- with one queen size bed, one queen sofa bed and one single pull down bed, and 2 bedrooms that sleep up to 9. The one bedrooms only sleep 4. Right now there is no availability at any of the Disney resorts for the dates you requested.

Hi Lorene! I've never rented DVC points previously, so I'm not sure how many points are required for a trip. We have a party of 9 that was hoping to secure a two bedroom suite at any resort, traveling July 8-13.

The two bedrooms are over 200 points and varies on the resort. Unfortunately I only have 157 points currently available. Look for the posts from member with 300+ points to ensure they have enough points to cover your request.

There is no availability at any of the resorts for the dates requested. Not knowing what specific accommodation you are looking for, I searched studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms and everything is on waitlist for those dates.
