Well with a day of rain, we knew that we had to skip one park. So after much consideration we decided to try to do two parks in one day! With the shortening of the hours of operation this was impossible! However, it just gives us a reason to come back again!

AK was incredible! We took the Pangori Expedition, the Tree of Life, and all other site in in stride! My DD did not want to go into The Bugs Life so we explored the tree while DH enjoyed. I'm glad I went with her wishes because we saw alot of kids come out crying! They just weren't ready! The Festival of the Lion King is not to be missed! It was magical. Tarzan rocks and Pocohantas were enjoyed by DD very much. The Dinosaur ride is great, but shocked DD. She was scared until she got off the ride, then thought it was "cool". Kali River Rapids should be avoided if it's cool outside. We got soaked! Great ride, but you will get very wet and cold!
Lunch was at the BBQ place. It was very good too! I had the chicken salad, DH had a BBQ sandwich and DD had the chicken salad sandwich! All was filling and very good! We finished up the park around 3:45. The only thing we missed we standing in line for autographs and the dig sight! We were very wet from the Kali River ride and didn't want to be muddy too!

We caught the bus and jumped over to MGM. This was the longest wait we had for the buses. By the time we arrived at MGM it was close to 5PM. We walked right onto Rock N Roller Coaster-it was great! DD did not go though, then walked right onto Tower of Terror! I was scared on this, but let me tell you I rode it again! It was great! Very smooth, not like at other parks! And the special effect were great! Even DD loved it! From there we waite for Fantasmic! We saw it in Disneyland and loved it, but it was DD 1st time ever! Again, Disney out did themselves! It was, well...fantasmic!!!

Tonight we felt like a Character Dinner, so we hopped the bus to TTC and jumped on the Monorail to The Grand Floridian! The 1900 Park Fare for the Villians Dinner was excellant! We were seated immediately without a PS! The interaction with the characters was first class! Every character made sure they saw each guest (young or old) and made a fuss over them! The Queen or hearts even fainted when she saw my daughter! Captain Hook, Ratcliff, and Prince John all paid special attention to each guest! The food was not about to be upstaged by the characters though! Prime Rib, Salmon, Honey Baked Ham was just a few items on this wonderful menu! They even had a buffet for the kid with the things they love most...mac & cheese, chicken strips, hot dogs, burgers, etc! We ended the night around 11PM!

Such sweet memories!

You had a busy day!

I remember the racing heartbeat and sweaty palms the first time I rode TOT. Isn't it great? :D

I can't wait to try the Villains dinner. DH will be very happy to hear they serve smoked salmon.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

Lisa :)
