Hi
I'm visiting Tokyo Disney in October- Which show is most ideal for a family with a 4yr old daughter-

" The Diamond Horse shoe presents Mickey and company"
or
"Mickeys Rainbow Luau"?

Where can I find English Menus with the food on offer and does anyone know the times of the evening performances?
Thanks!

Here's a great review of the Diamond Horseshoe. I was very tempted, but since it was our first visit to TDR, we decided not to spend the time doing it.

Diamond Horseshoe menu, in Japanese, but with pictures and Google translate does a good job:

Thank you so much that's great!

Does anyone know the policies on changing a dinner show reservation once made?

I went to Tokyo Disney's website right at 9 AM Tokyo time (5 PM Pacific) tonight, a month in advance of our visit, to book reservations for "The Diamond HorseShoe presents Mickey and company." Was able to navigate the Japanese reservation process with help from online instructions and google translate, but had difficulty registering for the site as some of the steps had changed vs. the online guide. The website was also not happy with the Kana translation of my name. Took an hour and eventual help from a colleague who speaks Japanese to finish registration. But by the time I got back to making the reservations I went from "A" seats at the Diamond HorseShoe to "B" seats at Mickey's Rainbow Luau!

Was able to see the Luau show on Youtube and it looks fine -- was refreshed as of 2016 and should be fine for my kids -- so will probably keep the existing reservation. But I could also go online again tomorrow and see about switching our dinner to the HorshShoe for Saturday (meaning we would switch our planned days for Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea). Also, even if I keep the existing reservation I may need to add or drop an adult based on others traveling with us. They already charged my credit card - so wondering if I make a change in advance do they just charge or refund me the difference between my old and new reservation?

I LOOOVE Mickey and company but only S seats or balcony, more in the back it's hard to see properly
Poly dinner is ok but doesn't blow me away, the characters shortly come over to the table for a high five (no pics)
Poly lunch is nice but is more character dining than an actual show (characters visit at the table and take pics)
When you cancel a show within the designated cancellation window they refund.
