Article in Orlando paper" about "scooters"on the "Wonder and Magic.".

Did these on the August cruise and they are a blast!! Watch those quick turns though!

Nope, not when I was on the Wonder in August and did it, nothing was free!

We were on the wonder last week, and I didn't see these anywhere. Were they there only a short time, or did I totally miss out???

I rode one on the Wonder in August. Usually they have them up on the sports deck but I did mine in the atrium as it was raining. I think they had them scheduled every day. At CC, they had an area on the dock where you could ride them. The times and locations were listed in the Navigators.

Nope, not free - $10 I think.

No, not free, $15 for 10 minutes because Michelle and I split it the first time because we didn't know how much we would like it. :)
CC

Definitely not free, but definitely worth doing. Hubby and I did them twice on CC on our three-peat. They are so unique...you control the speed with your weight and twist one hand to control the turns. I don't think these are ever going to be mass-transit things like the inventor claims, but they will probably be a high-end fad (like a very expensive Razor Scooter) when they are sold to the public. They would be lethal on the streets of downtown Chicago!
