Baby on WDW buses

Yes the intent is that people who are able to stand should let others who are elderly, handicapped, pregnant, or have small children have a seat. Incredibly nasty proposition.

Likewise incredibly inconsiderate to board a standing room only bus, then EXPECT someone already seated to give you their seat!!! Just wait for the next bus - we have!

Just as an FYI if you are taking a bus to the park and bringing a stroller, you'll have to collapse the stroller for obvious space saving reasons. The first time we hadn't thought about it and it took us a few minutes to pull everything out and break it down so just helpful to know in advance.

What is nasty is expecting someone to give you their seat, and then having an attitude about it when they don't. People should feel free to help when they want, they shouldn't be bullied into it.

After one ride on a bus you know how it works. If it doesn't suit your family's needs, then you need to do something about it. If the bus is standing room only (and Disney buses are designed to hold more people standing than sitting) and you need a seat, the choice is yours. You could be a jerk, get on, and glare at people until someone gets up. Or you could wait for the next bus where you would have a seat. You could call Uber/Lyft or a taxi. Or you could make your way back to your resort and go about renting a car.

Again, if someone has so little care for their family that they would put them into the position of having to hope someone gives them a seat, to me that is incredibly nasty. Step up and take care of your family instead of expecting others to do it for you.

It is kind of those who are able bodied to stand for those who are not.

It would not be kind to "pass out stickers" or do anything unkind if someone doesn't give up a seat. You don't know who is able bodied and who is not just by looking at them.

Little "off the rails" here. The OP was asking if they would need a car seat on WDW buses not demanding anyone give up a seat.

As you have gathered by now, you can't use a car seat on either the ME bus or the Disney buses on property. If you have your own car, you might want to give serious thought into driving yourself to all parks except Magic Kingdom. As others have pointed out, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a seat with your little one. And wrangling both a baby and a stroller while standing after a long day in a theme park is not fun.
