Is 20% best offer nowadays? I remember way back when getting 40% off. Are those days over?

Most of the recent public discounts have been 15 -25% depending on the resort I think. The annual pass & bounceback discounts have been up to 35%. The resorts are almost fully booked most of the time, so Disney hasn’t had to offer the deep discounts they did years ago.
