Chances of waitlist at three weeks out?

Does anyone know what the chances are of waitlist coming thru at 3 weeks out? Have an SSR ressie, but waiting for a 2 bed at WLV. Don't suppose anyone is staying from 15th Dec for 6 nights at WLV and waiting for SSR?
