Crowds for MNSVSHP VS MP&PP?

Right now we have a 3 night trip planned in May and attending MP&PP. Since we are Florida Residents, we can do these shorter trips. I've been asked if I wanted to come back in a weekend in October and do a short trip then and just two nights in May. We'd have to come on a weekend in October and leave on a Sunday as I will be in the middle of my final internship then. How do the crowds differ from both of these events? The reason why we are thinking about October is my birthday is the 26th. Thanks. Amy
