Customer Service Said No longer able to pick up Annual Pass at Hotels?

I always have to do a couple of finger scans when I enter the park with my preferred ap

It is one of the older ones that is a hard plastic with your photo on it

Believe I got it in 1997 and it still scans
But when there is an issue with the scanning, I have had to do the finger scan 3 times

I’m sure I tie up the line....
