Disneyland Grand Hotel

How many people stayed there....Any tips or experience would be great! Does the monorail run thru the Hotel? Where can I get more info on the Hotel? We have reservations for the 4th thru the 8th of Sept. We got a 35%discount on the hotel! Thanks
