Thanks. I look under "view details" on my room reservation. It allows me to see my room number.
Tabs are:
Unlock Door
View Charges (which doesn't show meal plan)
See Bus Times
Get Directions
Call Resort Hotel
Find on Map

There's no Meal Plan tab, which is where I understand it should be located? If I'm not looking in the correct place, please let me know! Thanks for the help!
I had the same issue. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I didn’t have the option to view my meal plan credits there either

EDIT: Nevermind, pretty sure that's just the daily room rate. I think I need more coffee... :surfweb:

Just curious, how is the parking listed on your charges? We have $158 charge from our check-in day that has "GP" next to it, which I'm thinking may be guest parking? We also did not have a car at any point and only took Disney transportation.

There was a nightly fee "Disney's Pop Century Resort Parking Fee" for $12.20 and another line for the $0.80 sales tax on it. So by the time I caught it there were 7 lines of parking fee and 7 lines of the sales tax.

Checking my final invoice they still charged me for parking the last night even after I visited the front desk and they told me it wouldn't.

Here is a photo with my wheelchair in the handicap room with the Murphy bed folded into the wall.

Some people fold their Murphy bed up or walk the scooter into the room with the Murphy bed down and roll it next to the front window and plug it in.

THANK YOU for the pictures!!!

No way!! I would write to the email address that was in the letter in our room and have him reverse it. That is really disappointing since you’d already taken time out of your vacation to have them reversecall if the other charges!

Yes, the Pop GM email address is: WDW.GM.PopCentury@disney.com
Email is in this post. Hope this is cleared up quickly for you.

That’s how mine showed up too.

This happened to a friend of mine who stayed the same week as us so I was careful to check my bill. The front desk informed her this has been happening a lot and they aren't sure why.

Just got back from a 7 night/8 day stay at POP. Want to be back already!

Requested top level 60's and got first floor 70's but was close to the lobby/buses so can't complain! I also had to request 7 rooms to be close and they did extremely well with that, so I was pleased! Two reasons I wanted top floor was hearing about noises and bugs from being on the first floor. Noises didn't bother us and I did catch a few of those worm things but nothing crazy. Seemed that they crawled under door/window area after rain.

Opted out of housekeeping and was only in the room for one security check. Lady was nice, knocked first, and just looked around room asking if we needed anything.

Bus lines were definitely the longest for POP and some of the longest lines I've ever seen using Disney transportation, but they did keep them coming like others have mentioned. We found ourselves using AOA buses coming back more than I would've thought though. Was good to have the option.

Only issue at POP was the luggage service. I agree with others here that they must be overwhelmed. Like I said, we had a large group and most of us ordered (at different times/days) from amazon prime. They couldn't locate 4 out of 6 orders. A little frustrating but at least they were all eventually found (some after a couple hours and one after a full day).

Overall, really great trip and will absolutely stay at POP again! Impressed with refurbishments!

THANK YOU for the pictures!!!
Just a little note. As @RaySharpton mentioned, his pic is taken showing his wheelchair in a handicap accessible room. The majority of rooms at Pop have angled doors that change the access in the room from a flat door to an angled door which decreases the square footage. We’ll be there in April and my mom will be renting a scooter. I will take a pic of their room with the scooter in it.

Will a twin size blow up mattress fit in the floor at POP with both beds down? There will only be 4 of us in the room but the kids don't want to sleep in the same bed.....
