Monday: Cheese tortellini, red sauce, salad
Tuesday: Cheeseburgers, alexa waffle fries
Wednesday: I have my workout class. Leftovers
Thursday: Brown rice and black bean quesadillas, chips and salsa
Friday: Grilling steak, baked potatoes, broccoli
Saturday: Going to a wedding for a girl I do workout class with
Sunday: Either leftovers or frozen pizza with some kind of freezer veggie
 
Potatoes and pineapple were BOGO this week at Publix.

Monday: Slow cooker salsa/pineapple chicken made into tacos, chips and queso
Tuesday: Slow cooker baked potatoes and salad
Wednesday: I have my workout class. Leftovers
Thursday: Grilled cheese and pineapple
Friday: Grilling steaks, garlic smashed potatoes, carrots and ranch
Saturday: My workout studio is having a party to celebrate their 1 year anniversary
Sunday: Chicken bacon ranch casserole
 
Another menu for another hectic week...
Sun - Grilled cheese sandwiches, Tomato-Red Pepper Soup, Strawberries
Mon - Crockpot Beef Stew with Beer, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Mushrooms, and Rosemary, Blueberry Muffins
Tues - Baked Buffalo Sauce Marinated Chicken "Tenders" (I'll cut them down to size myself), Roasted Cauliflower (may drizzle with the sauce and blue cheese), Baby Carrots with Blue Cheese, Grapes
Wed - Chicken Fajitas, Roasted Pineapple
Thurs - Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, Fruit Salad (Pineapple, Apples, Bananas, Grapes)
Fri - Cheeseburgers, Baked Fries, Leftover Fruits (probably as smoothies)
Sat - OUT or LEFTOVERS (we'll eat out lunch or dinner and clean the fridge out for the other meal)
 
Saturday- chicken and peppers, corn on the cob
Sunday - tortellini soup
Monday - leftovers
Tuesday - Italian sausage and pasta
Wednesday - chicken and rice casserole
Thursday - hamburgers and baked potato wedges
Friday - leftovers
 


I am not sure what order we will eat this in, but this is what our groceries will make this week :)

Chicken, bell peppers, green bean stir fry
Fried chicken, green beans
Sausage, cabbage, onion stir fry
Herb pork roast, more green beans (they are green bean junkies)
Grilled chicken, egg, cheese, tomato, kale monster salads
Chinese pork, egg roll in a bowl
Breakfast
 
I am on vacation this week and am so excited that I have been cooking at home since Saturday. I also plan to cook some things in advance to freeze for once I go back to work.

No clue what order these will be in but here is what I have to make

Pork chops with German potatoe salad and fire roasted vegetables
Spaghetti with home made turkey meatballs and salad
Chicken stir fry with rice and vegetables
Beef stroganoff with noodles
Falafel with pita bread, rice pilaf, cucumber yogurt sauce, and zucchini
 
Just got back from Fiji and need to restock the fridge and pantry, menu for 10 days because I only get time to shop on Saturdays during term time.

Thurs- beet balls, pumpkin wedges and peas
Fri- broccoli and cauliflower nuggets and chips
Sat- out
Sun- roast chicken and veg
Mon- roast veg and pasta salad
Tues- mince pinwheels and leftover pasta
Wed- broccoli and leftover chicken stirfry
Thurs- dal, naan and raita
Fri- breakfast for dinner, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, eggs and toast
Sat- beans and rice
 


This week has gone well. I changed the menu up a little as I have gone along, but I have cooked every meal at home.

Monday we had the spaghetti with turkey meatballs
Tuesday was homemade hamburger helper and salad
Yesterday we had pork chops with German potatoe salad and zucchini
Tonight was chicken pot pie
 
I have been terrible about posting lately...but I have been making and following a meal plan. It's been crazy at our house lately because...
my husband is on a ketogenic diet and often eats something completely different from the rest of us...
I have drastically reduced my personal consumption of meat to compensate for DH's intense increase...
my son is extremely picky and often doesn't eat what my daughter and I do...

So we are usually having two or three different things for dinner every night!! This week is an abberation though in that DH is taking a keto break for Thanksgiving and will be having carbs from Saturday to Tuesday. Hooray, one meal for four nights in a row!!

Fri-Fiesta Friday-->taco salad for the low carb hubs, bean burritos for me and regular beef tacos for the kiddos with plenty of nachos and cheese
Sat-homemade hamburger helper--beef stroganoff
Sun-Canadian Thanksgiving Feast (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli and cheese sauce, homemade french bread, lemon pie and mini butter tarts)
Mon-leftovers
Tues-Domino's pizza (we order once a month)
Wed-pork chops for the hubs, Tuscan turkey tortellini soup and grilled cheese sammies for everyone else
Thurs-fish for the hubs, fish and chips for me and pizza bagel for the kids
 
Saturday: Chicken tenders with homemade Mac & Cheese
Sunday: Baked Pasta with Caesar Salad
Monday: Tacos, beans and rice
Tuesday: Corn Chowder
Wednesday: Soy Ginger Tilapia with Asian salad mix
Thursday: Chicken Tortellini Soup
Friday: Quesadillas
 
We got our 2nd Hello Fresh box yesterday!

Monday: Chicken and pineapple quesadillas, spanish rice
Tuesday: Pasta with beef ragu, salad
Wednesday: I have my workout class. Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken parmesan salad
Friday: Scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes (maybe)

Sunday: Either leftovers or something easy like frozen pizza
 
Friday - We all had the day off yesterday and spent the entire day shopping. Came home exhausted so everyone just made themselves a sandwich and called it a day.

Saturday- Tonight is Thanksgiving with my side of the family. Turkey and all the sides.

Sunday- Not sure. I'm hosting dh's family on Monday for Thanksgiving so I don't want to do a ton of cooking.Maybe just omlettes and veggies.

Tuesday- Leftovers. I won't want to cook much after Monday's big meal and we have basketball practice that night

Wednesday- Roast Chicken ( in hindsight, buying roast chicken after all the turkey probably wasn't the best plan), loaded cauliflower bake, salad

Thursday- Spaghetii bolognese (spaghetti squash for me)

Friday- Probably homemade pizza.

Saturday- Pork roast , roasted sweet potatoes, salad
 
Sunday: Slow cooker braised pork ribs, couscous, roasted green beans

Monday: L/O

Tuesday: Chicken and gnocci soup

Wednesday: L/O

Thursday: L/O

Friday: BLnoT and salad

Saturday: Veggie stir fry, rice

Monday: Salmon, roasted broccoli, salad

Friday night we ended up ordering pizza and wings to have while watching the Indians game. Yesterday was my first day back at work but I made beef stew in the crockpot for dinner and tonight we had BBQ meatballs with rice and mixed vegetables.

Going grocery shopping tomorrow.

Spaghetti x 2 because the freezer is way too full of tomato
Chili
Garlic pork loin and green beans
Italian sausage green bean stir fry something

I only need four pounds of ground beef (on sale!) to do all our dinners. That isn’t bad at all.
 
Sun - Cheeseburgers, Three Apple Crisp, Pineapple/Bananas
Mon - Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Green Beans (and rest of pineapple/bananas for those who don't want green beans)
Tues - Steak Fajitas, Black Beans, Clementines
Wed - Lamb Shoulder Stew (amazing deal today, so gonna use this with beer, rosemary, thyme, onion, mushrooms, potatoes, and carrots), Cheddar Biscuits, Sliced Pears
Thurs (hosting teens) - Spaghetti and Meatballs, Sliced Apples
Fri - Frozen Pizza, Fruit Smoothies, Leftovers
Sat - OUT (we have an early evening escape room plan with 4 adult friends - we may eat afterwards and get a free Papa John's pizza for kids)
 
Sat- ricotta and spinach gnocchi
Sun- spring veg soup and rolls
Mon- Moroccan chicken and cous cous
Tues- homemade pizzas
Wed- sausages and veg
Thurs- broccoli nuggets and kumera chips
Fri- dal and rice and naan
 
Saturday- out for dinner
Sunday - chicken, green beans and rice
Monday - cube steak, mashed potatoes, peas
Tuesday - Italian lentil soup
Wednesday- tacos / tacos salad
Thursday - tilapia, couscous and broccoli
Friday - leftovers
