My husband and I just booked 3 nights at the Polynesian - Lake View for $504. We have Annual Passes and several hundred dollars left on a Disney Gift card from our last trip. IF, I look at the cost this way:
Tickets x 4 days = $974.64 (Disney price) Polynesian Lake view villa $454/night with passholder discount = $ $1362 then that totals $2336.64 !
We paid $504 for Poly, zero for tix, and $850 for flights and have the gift card for food.... Total OOP $1354
Soooo, it is essentially a free trip ... lol I know it is not free, but my husband needed a few days off and $8/point for Poly was too good to pass up. I'm still going to think of this trip as a freebie.
