I got approval for 296 points at OKW for 75 a point.

However, still was unable to get AKV as a DVC owner. Keliblue your pixie dust was the magic I needed. Thank you.

Now, I can go dream. I found my home..

I also posted on your other thread. You have passed the first step in becoming an owner -- you passed ROFR. Next comes the closing (and making your final payment), then getting into Disney's system which should occur about 10 days after closing. At that point, you will officially be an owner from Disney's perspective and can make reservations, add on at AKV, etc.!
