This came from my WW leader and thought I'd pass it on. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds like a great way to have corn differently.
Chili Corn
6 servings
1/2 cup = 1 pt
1 - 15 1/4 oz can whole kernal corn - drained
1 tsp chili powder
1 - 14 1/2 oz can mexican style tomato - undrained
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until fully heated.
