Las Vegas Hotel Opinion

I have NOT stayed at Paris so I can’t compare but I did stay at the Linq and loved it for the value. The location was awesome. Lots of good food options for various price points close by. The casino was a reasonable size. My only criticism is that it was a bit of a long walk/maze to get to the room and also the parking garage is a flooding nightmare when it rains. But I would stay again for sure.

I've stayed at all 3. Linq was a regular room, Harrah's and Paris were suites. I don't think I'd stay at Linq again, though I can't compare to the regular rooms at Paris and Harrah's. The elevators at the Linq were slow and I even got stuck on one for a very short while. The room at Linq was very cramped and more run down than the other properties. I'd love to try Paris again.

Any suggestions for best family friendly (kids under 12) hotel? Haven’t been to Vegas since before kids were born but they would love to see the Beatles “Love” show.
As far as kids, a few years ago I stayed at NYNY with my then 11 year old. She really enjoyed their arcade, Hershey World is right there, and the Coke and M&M store are very close. It is a bit away from Mirage, though.

We just stayed at Skylofts. Loved the amount of space but wasn’t necessarily the biggest fan and I don’t think we’d stay there again. Vegas in general felt a lot grosser than I remembered, and my 10 year old has been happily telling her friends all about “thunder down under” and the female equivalent (she doesn’t know the name) after seeing the posters and asking questions. I’m going to owe a lot of parents an apology when I get home.

Btw we just saw Michael Jackson One and Mat Franco (magician). Kids were blown away by cirque du soliel and we all really enjoyed the other show as well. Super family friendly. I highly recommend both. We also went to the pinball hall of fame and my son (14) and husband probably played $30 worth of games even though we have a pinball machine at home. It’s free to enter and worth a look if you need something family friendly to do.
