Since it's not a traditional buffet, with lines of food. Does it take a long time, is there not much selection?

What's it like?

The made to order crepes are quite nice.

Just a long line to get in the resturant area. I have not been since 08. It got to expensive for me. But it is really good.

I see, it seems many of the buffets have lines to get in. I'm going to try to eat at off hours.

I don't know if the line to get in at Le Village Buffet takes any longer, but it just appears longer than at other buffets.

To me, it's the opposite of the lines for Disney rides. Disney is the master of making long lines seem shorter -- lines that twist around corridors so you cannot see the entire line at one time.

To a casual observer, the line at Le Village Buffet might look like a long wait. I think it's because it's so prominent in an otherwise quaint setting.

We usually go early for breakfast so not much of a line. It's our favorite breakfast place.

we stay at the Paris each time we go, and always have breakfast at this buffet (we're among the first in line early - on NJ time!!)

it's a really nice set-up - and the offerings at dinner are very good too

sometimes the dessert section (at dinner) have macarons - my fave!

I guess I might have to try it again. I used to be a huge fan of this buffet... but then went twice in a row and really didn't like it. The quality of the food and the service seemed to have gone downhill big time along with all of the other buffets run by Harrah's / Caesars.

So, for my past several trips, I've opted instead to have breakfast at the Grand Lux Cafe. There are two locations -- one in the Venetian and another next door at the Palazzo. I've found that the location in the Palazzo seems to be a bit nicer with actual windows where you have a view outside of the casino. ;)

And the breakfast at the Grand Lux has been pretty darn good (especially their buffet offering).

That being said, I really really really used to love the Paris buffet and now that I'm seeing good reports about it I might need to give it another chance....

the brunch buffet there is my favorite. I've been to just about all the buffets on the strip and that one wins hands down.
