leg sensations

I am hoping that someone can help me out a little. A couple of days ago I started have mild cramping and a wierd tingle sensation in my calf muslces. I can still do whatever I want, it just a pain. Usually doean't hurt, and the cramps is like someone just barely squeezing. But along with that my feet feel like they are so cold, but are still warm to touch. There is no redness, warmth, swelling.....just wierd sensations. Anyone have ideas? In general I am pretty healthy. It's just very expensive to go to the doctor, so I am hoping someone can help.
