How is the monorail working with COVID?

Booked for late September, not staying at a monorail resort. Looking to book a dining reservation or try to go to one of the bar locations located in the monorail resorts and then head back to either Epcot or MK (depending on which park we have reservations for that day) afterward. If we decided to try a bar only (such as Enchanted Rose), would we have a hard time getting on/off the monorail at the resorts? How controlled and crowded has this experience been?

The Epcot monorail is not running.

Neither the resort monorail nor the express monorail has been crowded, because they only allow two groups to a car or blocked off section of a car. You are supposed to remain seated, on your side of it, although we were once in a car with a guy who got up when passing GF to try to get pics of NBA players lol.

The only significant wait for a monorail we had was end of park day, but it was no worse a wait than usual at end of park day.

Anyone can use either the express or resort monorail. Before entering the resort monorail from a resort, you will be temperature checked and walk through a metal detector. It's a quick process.

Not sure what time of day you’re thinking about OP, but one thing to keep in mind is the resort monorail line is currently running until 8pm. That may change by Sept if they change park or monorail hours, but that’s what it is at the moment (accurate as of Saturday).

No, there is not a bus from CR to the TTC.
