No. It’s a Marriott resort. Part of the Swan and Dolphin family.

Yes but you said that Disney offers dining plan options at other non-Disney hotels. I don’t believe that to be the case.

It's my understanding that a few years ago they starting giving resort perks to guests staying at the Waldorf Astoria and Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. I think they added a third resort too. Just can't recall which one.

Those resorts, as well as the Disney Springs resorts, all have perks that Disney gives them, but the DDP is not one of them. They used to have the ability to book FP+ at 60 days like Disney resorts.
