Oct AP rate last year at values....anyone remember

Trying to get an idea of what kind of discount I might expect....if there is one. Does anyone know....

Last October during regular season they were $69/night. They may be higher this year though - the last two rounds of AP rates that have been released for 2005 are higher than the same time period last year... example last June moderates were $74/night, this June they are $109/night
