PKU and restaurants at Universal

Anyone know of any PKU friendly restaurants?

I went to Universal in 2015, with my son newly diagnosed with gluten, milk, beef + many more allergies.

If you go to the universal website, and at the bottom click on the contact us, you should be able to contact them. It gives a drop down menu,
Choose food and dining, then
Special dietary needs.

At the time I did it, I was put into touch with a someone, (a chef?) that oversaw all of the restaurants. He told us specifically which restaurants would meet his needs. Good luck!
