Problem with booking Sapphire Falls resort online.

I'm trying to book 3 days in January (not MLK weekend). The website tells me 2 standard queen rooms are available, but when I get to paying, it tells me something went wrong and please try your action again. Is this the Universal equivalent of Stitch? I tried with 2 different browsers.
 
Are you logged in? Is the reservation showing in your cart? If it is try deleting it and start completely over.
 
I am having this same problem. Get an Oops message. Tried yesterday and again today and it just doesn’t work. I am logged in. It’s in my cart, and when I go to do the very final step, after credit card, and hit the RESERVE button, that’s when it gives the error message.
 
I booked and canceled a room yesterday afternoon without issue.

Maybe try a different browser, clear your cache and if you have a VPN disconnect it
