Quebec residents no longer able to customize magic bands online

I have seen this error message before. (last Fall)
I just customized mine. I selected regular colours, not specialized bands.
When you are on the Mydisneyexperience.com home page, click on the right hand side “MyDisneyExperience”. This will bring up your plans and tickets. Right under your hotel name you will see "Which MagicBand Is Your Favorite?"
I clicked on this link and was able to select without issue.

I called and they said they just needed to change the written QC to Quebec in the address on file and it got fixed
