I just checked and was able to switch my reservation to AKL Kidani. So I’m assuming I’ll get my mug at the Mara.

At Kidani, they have them in the gift shop to your right in the main lobby along with a refill station. You can certainly hike over to the Mara at Jambo if you like, but you don't need to.
