Renting a car for All Star Sports to TPA

We are renting a car on our last day to drive to TPA. I have 2 questions:
1. We are staying at ASsp and heading to AK on our last day. Where is the closest place to rent from or place to rent from that is on our way? How about for Alamo since they seem to have the cheapest rates right now?
2. If we fly out of TPA at 7:00pm on a Sat what time should we leave the parks by? We've flown into TPA, but never out of TPA so I'm not familiar with their security lines.

Alamo at the Disney Car Care Center has a free shuttle. Call a day in advance to arrange this service.

If you have a 7:00 flight, you should be on the road no later than 2:30-3. It's about 90 mins to TPA from WDW. I've made it is 70, but it was Easter morning, at 7am! Security is pretty good at TPA, not like MCO.
