A friend of mine is working on a contest that has all these riddle type clues about locations in the western united states. She got stuck on her last one and asked me for help. I love riddles but havent traveled the west a lot and have no idea what the answer is. Of course now it's driving me crazy to not know the answer!
The riddle is:
After so many years, they wore down the floor,
Put a new one in and scuffed it some more.
You swing me, I swing you,
We drive on down the avenue.
Were almost where we want to go,
It sounds a lot like the word, casino.
No poker and no roulette,
You cant come here to gamble or bet.
Now dont stop and begin to flaunt,
Name this here bar and restaurant
I've googled all kinds of stuff (and so has she and other people she asked for help). There's some speculation online but we haven't come up with a great answer that fits all the clues.
Anyway, I've decided the answer to everything is on the Dis so I thought I'd see if this rang any bells for the folks out west.
Anyone have any ideas?
